Hello,
I am writing this introduction to help me motivate myself and possibly others who are looking for inspiration. I am come to learn that myfitnesspal (yes, this is shameless promotion) has this huge database of food and exercise and it has encouraged me to use it as a way to help me track my calories, exercise and manage my goals.
That being said, I am sure that keeping my motivation will be difficult as the "thrill" might wear off. However, I am not giving up hope as I am learning that awareness (and the tracking of everything) is something that I enjoy as it shows me that I can achieve results. What I find difficult is to complement my diet with exercise. I can eat less but am I really losing fat or muscle?
Regardless, this is the task ahead of me, lose weight, be healthy and live in happiness. I hope you find yours.
Ted
