Calories in Air Popped Popcorn

Hi all!

I know that this question has been asked like a million times. I've tried googling but there were way too many answers and I'm not sure what to believe. I love popcorn. I got a big bag of just the kernels for air popping in a machine.

How would you count the calories in this?
Would you go by what the unpopped kernels are, measure those and that's it?
or would you measure by cups after the kernels have been popped.

Your tips and advice is greatly appreciated!

Have a fantastic weekend all! :)

If I make popcorn in the microwave without any oils etc, I count it as 30 cals a cup. Generally I prefer the sweet manufactured stuff so I tend to buy it nowadays rather than make it at home.
