    Congratulations m8 very impressive. If you arent excited you should be because the change can be seen by everyone else and you must have put a lot of hard work into losing that weight. Try lifiting 30kg and youll realise how much weight your body and heart no longer have to cope with.

    Well done m8. This is pretty much where I want to be as well (at 130 kg, wanting to be ~ 100 kg). Good on you and keep it up.
