Starting Diet and Holliday

Hey all.

After a break from calorie counting I've decided I'm going to try slimming world for a change.

I was going to start today but next week I go on Holliday for three days.

Should I wait until after my Holliday or should I start today and just have those three days off.

I'll be honest, I just don't want to be wasting my money stocking up on food for it to be pointless as I'm going on Holliday in a weeks time and my cupboards are stocked with not so healthy choices.

    I would start after holiday - another 10 days isn't going to hurt or make much difference. Go, enjoy yourself, relax, eat lots of yummy foods without guilt, and come back all refreshed, determined and raring to start (and see it through) :)

    I would just avoid Slimming World as you could lose weight with MFP and it wont cost you anything, which is much more satisfying.

    I've already lost 2.5 stone with mfp. But now Im bored of calorie counting. And slimming world won't cost me a thing because my friend was a slimming world consultant so I have all the books and can do it by myself

    I'll just make smart choices this week :)
