    I totally get that. I'm 45 and just started. Sooner would have been better, but now is better than never! Just think if you hadn't started at all!

    Yes, all natural. I would never admitted in the past that I weighed 289.8 lbs but now I do because I am no longer at that weight. I am now at 169.8 exactly. Hope to lose a little more, maybe 20 more. Not sure. I will know when I get there....

    I know it sounds silly but be positive and reinforce yourself that you can do it and you will! When the negative thoughts come to mind, just think like the little engine that could and say I think I can, I KNOW I CAN!!!!!!
