Really random question... about Post-it Notes

So, I just received a post-it note on an invoice that was clearly run through a printer with a message regarding EOY billing... it's genius. I want to do this. But how in the sam hell do you print on Post-it Notes???

It was from a local law firm... not a fancy technology company that would have inordinately cool Post-it Printing Skills, yo...

Was it printed or perhaps a nice clean rubber stamp so that the words are all legible? My gram used to make tons of those stamps for just about everything (she went through a lot of hobbies after she retired).

Looks a bit dodgy, I would actually be afraid it would actually break my printer... You can get them printed though, like this place: http://print24.com/uk/product/sticky-notes/
