New to this. Would love friends to help keep me on track.

Today I realized that losing weight is something I have always failed at in the past. I am 10 days into these new eating habits and My Biggest Fear Is That I May Become Complacent With Giving Up. It makes me sad that down the line I may decide that it's okay not to try anymore. I'd love to have a community helping me break that cycle and to exchange tips with.
