Getting Re-Started....Again.

I’ve been wanting to write down my goals somewhere and I keep putting it off. Goal writing is step 1 to success, sounds dumb to some but it works for me (and others, I didn’t make it up). What better place to do it then on MFP and on the internetz………..Today’s goal, log my food, stay under my calorie count, get 10,000 steps, get to the gym, sounds pretty easy, right? Come on dude….dooooooooooooo it! This week’s goal – track food every day, get 10,000 steps daily, get to the gym 5x’s. The End. Have a great week y’all!

    You can do it! I am a big believer in a) making goals and b) making them known. That makes it harder to quietly ignore them. :smile:

    Great goals! Mine are less fitness based and more diet based right now due to physical limitations, but those mini-goals are a great way to restart!

    Welcome back!! I only just re-started as well...I'm about 2 weeks into it i think! I know you can do it! It's just about being honest with yourself and making your goals realistic :)
