Hi, I'm 15 and Nearly 6'1 I just want to know what can help me to lose some weight. I am really new to this website so I'm not the best at knowing how things work.
OK so I weigh 215 lbs and it has slowly been going up since the past 2 months and I'm not sure how.. I have regular PE 5 days a week we do exercises and games and stuff for about an hour.
I am asking for ideas to help me to lost some weight I'm not "big" but I have a small belly.
Another thing, I have stretch marks....everywhere...on my arms (near the bicep) on the backside of my arms, I started getting some really close to my armpit. I started getting some on my stomach going vertically about 2-3 months ago and I have them loads on my sides and back all over my inner thighs and some on my left leg, my parent said it was from growing but I get messed with by other family members about my weight and nicknames and stuff but I guess it doesn't matter so much anymore. I just want to lose some weight
So if anyone could suggest some way for a 15 year old to lose some weight and maintain the goal weight that would be great thanks!
P.S I rarely eat foods out like fast food, occasionally I will get the enticing In'n'out burger but very rarely do I eat other things. I eat a lot of meat as well, I eat vegetables when it comes with other food so i could work on that more. I don't eat too much fruit ill get a banana or a apple or a pomegranate here and there but yeah that's what I eat pretty much...

My family just keeps saying its growing but I think its something else and I would like to work around it so please help any way possible thanks!

Hello, may I suggest you check out Spark Teens? You had to lie about your age to join because MFP is 18+ only and not suited to teenagers. Good luck.0

You're still growing. My little brother is your age, and he has stretch marks across his back from growing. What i've told him, and what i'm going to tell you, is that stretch marks are a part of life. They're nothing to be ashamed of, or not like. I have stretch marks basically everywhere from puberty and weight gain, but they don't stop me most of the time. Don't worry about your weight for now. Worry about getting proper nutrition. Fruit and vegetables are good to start incorporating into your diet more, and unless you're lactose intolerant, milk.
I agree with the above poster though, MFP isn't the site you're looking for.
I wish you happiness
