Dear All, I have started with myfitnesspal yesterday and could see immediately where my "food problem" is and needless to say its not food per say, but coffee. So I take it upon myself to drop the milk and sugar, which will not be an easy task, but if I want to get to my goal weight I will make changes within my life that is needed.

Depending on what kind of coffee you're drinking, I say you don't have to give it up. Milk is a great source of protein & calcium, both of which are vital and important for healthy weightloss.
I drink coffee, with flavored creamers, all day, and I'm losing weight.
P.S. Welcome to MFP, it's a fantastic community! Feel free to add me if you'd like a friend.

My problem is that I maintain a good eating pattern through the day and start eating all sorts of fatty things by the night. Trying to cut them down.0
