Hello, 2 years using my fitness pal! !!

Hey everyone my names Andrew and been dieting down for the past 2 years or so now and lost over 100 lbs just like to say what a great help this app has been in helping me record and realise how to work out calories, carbs, fats and protein I'm consuming on a daily basis.

Started off in a size 48 waist now 34 lost 9 inch off my neck and went from struggling to walk 100 yards to running a half marathon in under 2 hours!!!

Just started lifting weights now (which in all honesty I should have started to do from the beginning!!!)

Anyway for anyone startin out once you start making progress you will never look back yes there will be lows but if you stick to it 12 months from now you won't remember the old you!!!

  • CONGRATULATIONS! You look great and what an inspirational blog that was for me. I'm just starting out (2 months in) and I started at 222 and now Im at 209 so It's working (never fast as we want it tho :) ).
    I would love some tips from you, if you have the time.
