Non-Soda, NA Drinks to order at a bar?

I usually just go for the old club soda with lime routine, but the other night I had a grapefruit juice with lime and a splash of grenadine, and it was SO YUMMY!

Do you have any yummy non-soda, non-alcoholic drinks that you like to order or make?
