Avg 1500 but my goal is 14000
-
1200 because I'm really short. It's really hard to keep it up0

1510 for me.0

1200 not easy keeping it there. Try to exercise in case I go over. Which is most days. I sit most of the day behind a desk and I think I have it set in 1.5 to 2 lbs a week to lose.0
-
1370 at the moment, trying to lose 2lbs/week. So far, so good.0
-
1600 before exercise, to lose 1 lb a week. Right now I am on a 2 week break, so I'm eating at 2130 before exercise to maintain.0
-
1700 to lose a pound a week, 2200 to maintain. I'm getting close to my goal so I just try to stay somewhere between the two right now.0

I just changed mine to just over 1700, It says .5 pound a week. Going to see how this goes for a couple weeks.0

I'm chasing the last few "vanity" pounds. Maintenance is 2100-2200, so I eat a little below, somewhere between 1700-2000, depending on the day, or my mood, or whatever's on the dinner menu, lol!0

Thanks everyone I am set at 1200 and it's VERY hard!!! I just moved it up to 1500...

1000-1200. Had my metabolism tested and it's rather nonfabulous. I'm middle aged, short, hypothyroid, and have 10 lb more to lose. sigh. It seems like everyone else gets to eat so much more and still lose... F you, thyroid!0

I try to keep my calories below 1800.0 -
Apparently *maintenance* calories for me would be 1420. I *kitten* you not. Freaking depressing. Oh well.... beats being fat... right?0

Ugh, that would be so hard to deal with. I hear so many people with thyroid trouble complain of that. Does exercise help?

Have you tried eating at a higher daily calorie goal? I also have Hypothyroidism and I can't imagine eating at that low. I had mine at about 1300-1500 and was losing about 4 pounds a week. Today I upped it to 1740 and will try to stay close to that for a couple of weeks and see what happens. I'm hoping I can still lose a pound a week or so, I can keep that up and be satisfied. Eating that many calories makes me a bit nervous I'm used to always being hungry when I'm dieting. But then I never stick with it for long. I'm hoping this time will be different.

My daily goal is 1,654 which has been working well to lose 1 1/2 to 3 pounds per week. I only eat back exercise calories on the days I burn over 1,000 and even then it's no more than 25-40%.0

2399 using the TDEE-20% method. This is giving me 1.8lbs/week over the last 5 weeks.0

1860. I eat back some, but not all of my exercise calories. I'm trying to lose about 1 pound a week and I'm fairly tall. So far, so good.0

1800 in order to lose 0.5 a week (doing a slow cut at the moment). I normally hit between 1500-1800 depending on the day. When I'm maintaining, 2000. When I'm bulking 2200-2400.0
