Hi all!! Well here we go again...I've been a yo-yo dieter for most of my adult life and when the chance of 12 weeks of personal training came up I jumped at it. This is my first week so I'll post on here how its going during the next 6 months. Please feel free to friend me and we can motivate each other.

    Good luck! Im Starting a ski conditioning class this week for 10 sessions that is notorious for being hard so I am looking for support as well. Will try to get a friend request to you asap! Good luck :) You got this!
