Hi. I am looking for more fitness buddies!

A little bit about me: I weigh 187 pounds & exercise 3-4 days a week. I love walking & dancing! My goal is to get to at least 140 pounds but 120 sounds even better. I've spent 6 years researching health & fitness related subjects & also spent those years failing at losing weight. I'm back on track... again! But with more motivation this time :) if your story is similar to mine, feel free to add me. :) or just add me for the extra motivation!

    Looking for MFP buddies too :) Just starting up and don't want to sputter out again. I've got the same goal range as you Miss Rudolf, though I'd love to maintain at 130 - 140.
