fitbit and MFP are not syncing

My fit bit and MFP app are not syncing with one another. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apps, disconnecting then connecting them. I have also emailed fitbit who told me to contact MFP because "fitbit seems to be syncing correctly". The time zones are correct on both apps..
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am really eager to get these apps working harmoniously with one another !

    Has it worked previously ? Mine is still syncing so it's not a universal problem.

    Yeah it previously had. About 2 weeks ago it decided to stop....
