endomorphs?

anyone else with work out advice for endomorphs. i do 45 to 1 hour of cardio 5 days a week. 3 of those days i do HIT during my cardio, and 3 of the days i do some weight, and resistance training. i love cardio but i dont want that skinny fat look from not doing enough weight training. all advice is helpful

Somatotyping was developed by a psychiatrist based on the behaviors of individuals. Some of it was denoted based on their overall activity.
As mentioned, it's not a relevant way to look at people. Someone could have started out as an "ectomorph", ate too much and is now an "endomorph", yet somehow they are the same person.
Best bet is to keep doing what you're doing and eat a moderate deficit. Oh and lift weight resistances that are challenging for 12 reps or less.

Agreed, I think the only useful component of Somatotypes is to describe one's build. It's easier to describe somebody as an ectomorph than to say, the tall skinny guy with narrow shoulders and a narrow waist. Now, there were old ideas that suggested endomorphs couldn't manage carbs, mesomorphs were basically superman, etc, etc. Research has definitely disproved all of those old ideas and the only useful component of somatotypes is to describe one's build, that's about it.0 -
And besides those arbitrary designations break down when faced with a xenomorph.
