New to fitness pal..

I currently weigh 233.9 and am on a 1240 intake.. I really let me self go after have my daughter 2 years ago.. I'm a stress eater, and becoming pregnant wasn't on the top of my things to do when I was 20. I'm looking for supporters to help me get back to myself.. I'd like to weigh 150, again or less one day.. I'm 5'6. I will be starting Jillian Micheals 30 day shred very shortly.. My job is sitting on my but all day, for 10.5 and I'm in online college which adds to the in-activeness, and how I can to be this way.

  • Hi there, like you after a long time of being inactive and well un motivated I just woke up one day and decided I don't want this any more. I have lost around 28lbs so far and lead a very active lifestyle now. This is a great place if you have the right people around you.     Be careful with your calorie intake. If you are going to be doing intense workouts you will need the calories to help you get through those workouts. Otherwise you will be burning muscle instead of fat and that's not what you want. :smile: I'm working toward the same goals..... Good luck to us both :smiley:
