Need help with Exercise!

So, I do work full time 6-8 hours a day and 4-5 days a week. That does burn a significant amount of calories, but I still want to be able to burn just as many on the days that I don't work, and on the days I do while I spend time at home! The problem is that I don't own any workout equipment (other than a set of adjustable weight that go up to 40 pounds and down to 10) so I don't know many exercises that I can do without the equipment that will still give me a significant workout.
Also, I would love to be able to include my daughter in some of my workouts, instead of just telling her to go play while mommy works out. Are there any fun exercises that I could include her in?

Check out Fitness Blender and Be Fit on YouTube, they have tons of videos that do not use any equipment or just dumbbells. As for including your daughter, there may be videos for that too, I did see one where a woman included her kids in her crossfit workout.0

Alright! I will check them out! Thank you!0

I don't think it matters what you do for a workout, your daughter could join you. You didn't say how old she is so you might not want her lifting heavy weights but she could still go through the motions. If she does want to carry/lift something, either buy her some lighter hand weights or just use small water bottles or soup cans.0

Jessica Smith TV is great on YouTube also.
If you have a Wii (Xbox).....kids love Just Dance games. They have Disney & Kids Dance if your daughter is young. RedBox has a few games too.0 -
She is only 20 months old. She loves to dance but doesn't really understand most exercises. She mainly just tries to get me to stop and go color with her.0

Zumba? There are free videos on youtube and one of my favourites and my boys love it too is adrian bryant. If you type that in youtube his videos will come up there are different videos e.g jumping jacks, ski steps and running. You dont need equipment and his videos are short and effective!0

I second Fitness Blender; search for "Red Light Green Light" exercises and you'll find videos that kids can do alongside their parents...maybe a 20 month old can't do everything or follow perfectly, but that's not what it's about, right? Teaching them to move their bodies for fun is a great lesson!0

I think my daughter would really love zumba, she already loves to dance and wants me to dance with her all the time. So I could probably get her into zumba. I am going to try the fitness blender videos on my next day off of work. I have to go in at 4 today and work until 11 so I wont have much time afterwards.
Thank you guys for all of your suggestions!0 -
Unfortunately I think 20 months is probably to little to include in most workouts without getting very creative. Luckily as moms we are used to that or we would never get anything done! I use resistance bands at home which are super inexpensive and featured in tons of videos. We also go for walks and hikes, dance, etc.0

I will have to invest in some resistance bands! I used to play with my daughter for exercise. Like lifting her in the air, she loved that. And she loves to bounce around and dance with me but thats about as much as I can get out of her.0
