Yes, positive! I have been reading some of the posts, and depression definitely causes weight gain. With winter coming, SAD is a problem, so get the proper lighting. Costco had them a couple of years ago. Billy Connelly can lift the mood with his humour if you like Scottish humour. What do you do for changing your brain chemistry to fun? Thanks, Heike0
