Made It To One-derland!!!

This morning I weighed in and the scale said 199.8!!! So far, seven months of paying attention to what I put in my mouth, (less carbs, more protein for me) and at least 30 minutes of exercise a day (I found a love for running! Unimaginable!!)has helped me to lose 32 pounds!

Getting back up and dusting myself off when I fall off the wagon has been very important too. Thanks to finding MFP mid-journey, I was able to fine-tune this science project we call "weight loss." To all those just starting out, "Keep on experimenting, and figure out your 'science project!'"
