i wanted to know hot water is best for burning calories or cold water which is helpful for reduce weight

    Not sure of the answer but there's no way I could as much water as I do if it was warm. :flowerforyou:

    Ice cold water is best from what I've heard.

    I have recently read that the calories the body expends by having to heat ice cold water back to body temperature to process, is very minimal (I forget the number, but it was like 10 calories)....

    Some people swear by hot water and lemon. Some swear by ice water. Some find luke warm / room temperature water the easy to gulp down quickly.

    I think it is really a matter of preference.

    I've heard the same.
    In the summer, I chug ice water.
    In the winter, I can tolerate room temperature, or slightly chilled, water.
    I think as long as you get in your daily 64oz of water, the temperature isn't too important.
