    I've dropped from obese to (just) overweight, this plan (WW and MFP) is working for me!

      Good for you! That's a big step. I'm knocking on the door of "normal BMI" soon and am looking forward to that one.

      And I remember that very moment for me. I thought elephants would roost in trees before I'd ever do a celebration dance for being "overweight"...lol

      I have also dropped as of today. I went from Obese Class 3, to Class 2.

      Congrats, obese is such a horrible word and I look forward to "just" being overweight. I recently went from obese II to obese I.

      I'm thirteen pound for a normal BMI and am still having trouble thinking, "I'm not obese." When I thought about myself "Obese" always came first. Hard to get out of that mindset.
