Meal Prepping

Hello fellow users. I'm trying to get into prep mode here. Any suggestions on food and supplements I should use? What has worked for some of you? I'm really looking into becoming a fitness model/coach. Help would be greatly appreciated! ;)

    I use a lot of chicken breast, celery, romaine lettuce and broccoli.

    White fish, broccoli, whole wheat pasta, celery, hummus, apples, protein powder (after workouts of course) fish oil, fiber supplement, vitamin C supplement
