too many carbs

my fitness pal gave me 50% of my daily nutrition is supposed to be carbs. How am I supposed to lose weight that way. I never make it up too that amount either.

    You can edit the percentages of your macros to fit your personal needs if you want. I trust MFP for my total caloric intake number's but I change the macro's how I want. For example, the default macro %'s when I first started my diet/exercise dairy was 50 carb, 30 protein, 20 fat. I of course changed this to fit my preference...
  • I changed it but on my phone it still shows 50%. oh well
