30 minutes to exercise. It is 8:00pm what can I do inside this evening?

Okay it's raining outside ... and I can't do my 30 minutes outside without getting soaked...any suggestions for online 30 minutes videos?

There are a bunch of workouts on Youtube to check out, but I don't know particularly what kind of workout you want to do. Use the search engine on Youtube to see what you can find.
Years ago, I used to do jumping jacks inside while I watched something good on TV.
1000 jumpjacks, 4 count. It takes about 30 minutes.0 -
Put on music. Dance about for 30 minutes like a crazy fool
If you want something more structured...
Look for HIIT 30 minute no equipment videos on YouTube
or
replace HIIT with whatever type of workout you like.

Ah Rach3649 gave me some structure. I am changing and enlarging my screen to do that video! Way to go. Then I will be on day 3 of my 30 minute exercise everyday no excuses!0

Jump rope, it's so much fun! I do that and lift weights indoors. Check out Sara Solomons you tube channel for a lot of her jump rope routines.0
