Hello!

I've had MFP for a while but I have used it inconsistently.

I'm trying to make it a lasting habit to use MFP and Fitbit regularly. I have a number of health issues, all of which will be cured or drastically reduced by getting more active and controlling portion sizes and what goes in my mouth.

I need to drop about 130 lbs. So here goes. Wish me luck! :-)
