Starting to feel really good about myself, today I managed to reach my lowest weight since the early 90's. I now weigh 158lb. Original weight 329lb. I have recently had open heart surgery to replace my right ventricle valve so I have been unable and am still unable to do any weight lifting. Thats the second phase of my plan, but I wont be able to start until January or February next year (in order to give my chest time to fully heal). I will be content to get to my goal weight of 152lb and keep the weight off until then.
Here a couple of pictures of my progress. The one with my friend Kermit on was taken earlier today after my weekly weigh in.
By the way I am always looking for new active MFP friends, so FR me if your looking to add to your lists. Have a great day where ever you are. It's bedtime here in the UK
