Is there a guide to how often you change it? How long do you go without results until you change your goal? Do you rely only on the MFP calculator?

MFP reminds you to reset it every ten pounds.0

I rely on mfp suggestion they haven't steered me wrong yet0

Probably should re-evaluate your goals for each 5-10lbs lost\gained as your caloric\macro nutrient needs will have changed.0

Yeah MFP does the automatic prompt but I'm dinking with my goals every other day mainly to change my account settings to simulate stats of people asking questions. I used to manually change from 1470 to 1510 or something but now I'm just accepting whatever it calculates based on my stats0

MFP changes it automatically without my doing anything
I've watched it drop when my weight does
the only way I've changed it is up from 2lb a week loss, to 1lb and now 0.5lb0 -
I look every six months.0
