Changing Shift Pattern

Wondered if anyone had any advice how to stop the carb cravings in an office job. I start off well but because my shift pattern changes each week, I feel I fall off the wagon after 2 weeks! For example I work 8-4 one week then 1-9 another! So my lunch time always changes. I'm starting again for the umpteenth time, any advice much appreciated. Xx

    Salads / soups. I like making chicken or ham salad wraps. Sometimes it'll be a ''good for you'' type ready meal if I'm in a rush out the door and need something I can grab out the freezer. I'm starting a food diary so I can try and pin point when / what changes when I start craving the vending machine. After a week, the deep fried canteen food look more appealing than my cold soggy salad!
