Hello. I'm new to my fitness. Just wanting to say hello and see what good tips I can pick up.

Good morning and welcome! The most important tip I can give you is to track it all!! Everything. I'm not sure what plan you are using (calorie counting, Weight Watchers, etc...) but tracking your food daily is so crucial so you can see what you're eating and how you're doing. I log it all. Every day. That way if I start to gain or didn't have a great weigh in, I can see what foods I've eaten that week and make adjustments. It helps to keep you accountable to your plan as well. :-)
