I get you're reaching out for support and encouragement. You didn't need to delete the post. Maybe someone would have had something that could've helped you.
Cant' say that I relate to your situation even in the slightest, but if I may, I'd suggest that you seek some formal counseling to get this off your chest. Doesn't have to necessarily be anything long term, but you really don't want to carry this around by yourself.
