I love sugar but I keep it to 25g a day unless I eat a banana, otherwise I just want to keep eating sugar!0 -
I realize that I am ADDICTED TO SUGAR!! I did a SUGAR DETOX, but I'm in RELASPE, SO I AM TRYING TO STOP THE CRAVING, I AM A SINGLE WOMAN, BATTLING WEIGHT LOSS, I EXERCISE 3-4 TIMES A WEEEK, AND THE SUGAR IS KEEPING THE WEIGHT ON..... I WALK 38 STEPS ON MY BREAK 15 TIMES, AND I GO TO A BOOTCAMP ON SATURDAYS,, BUT I JUST NEED TO BEAT THIS SUGAR THANG BEFORE IT CAUSE ME HEALTH PROBLEMS..
