Customize Macros in MFP?

I was going to customize my MFP macros based on the IIFYM Macro Calculator results I just ran
but I cannot figure out how to customize? Can you customize your macros here?
I know I can adjust my goals based on the criteria/filters for weight, age, etc. but that defaults to the MFP recommendations which is not really what I want to do.
Any suggestions?
