22.5 Pounds in 10 Weeks! Before & After Pic

Feeling so good about my progress so far! I am eating more of a plant based diet and working out 4-5 times a week. I feel so much healthier. I've lost 22.5 lbs and the best part is that I have lowered my blood pressure by 20 points! My doctor had considered putting me on blood pressure medicine but that is no longer the case! I have to say that MFP has been such a great tool in losing weight. I love to log in every day and see the commitment that others have to losing weight. It is has helped me so much! clq6bmaj0h01.jpg
