Is it too bad?

Okay, guys. So my daily goal is 1200 calories and I haven't got any cheat days
been keeping everything to the limit since those 26 days from when I'm tracking my food on here
but today I really thought I can afford myself to eat a bit more and I went off with 358 calories, is it thaaat bad, what should I do now
Like it's around 10 pm here, should I do some HIITs or can I just leave those calories like that and hope nothing will actually happen and keep everything strict again from tomorrow?

Depending on how your calorie goal is set, what you've told MFP you want to lose per week, etc. you probably haven't even eaten over maintenance yet. You might see a small water weight fluctuation on the scale for a day or two, but one day over likely won't even slow down your weight loss in the grand scheme of things.

Unless your goal is half a pound per week, you were still under maintenance. You're fine.
  • It is indeed half a pound per week actually :D I weight between 43 and 44 killos, I lost around 8
And I want to be around 40. :D
  • maybe tomorrow should be a low-calorie, low-carb day

Why low carb? there's no reason for that.

You're already at the low end of healthy for your height...no need to lose more.

    Translation for non-metrics:
She's about 5 feet tall and between 94 and 97 pounds.

Doesn't seem like a big deal, I would just let it go and keep on the wagon tomorrow.

It's your body and your diet. You get to decide what is okay and what isn't. :)
