I actually reached goal in May 2013 (132.5 lbs) but ended up gaining some back trying to maintain. Trying to get back to where I was and struggling.

Hi - I haven't posted here before, but have been using MFP on and off for years with varying degrees of success. It would be great to have some support! This time around:

    Age: 30
    Height: 5'6"
    SW: 235
    CW: 230.5
GW: 170 (at this stage, I can't remember weighing less than that since I was about 14 and I'm pretty muscular naturally, so I guess we'll see as I get closer)

I'm in Melbourne AU, I haven't come across too many Australians here as yet...

GW: 140-150 (I'm more focused on being healthy and fit than skinny so if I end up weighing more than that I'll be just as happy so as long as I'm fit.

Going slow on this. My middle term goal is to lose my fat and then gain muscle (which apparently I have been deprived my whole life)

Working on taking it down that 135 at least and then working hard core on getting cut after that.

GW: around 150. I can't remember the last time I was out of the 180s so it feels almost surreal to aim for that but I know it is possible. MFP has been incredibly helpful..... I've changed my eating habits completely. Focusing on mind/body wellness and long term health.

Maybe this will start to make me accountable:

    Age 40
    Height 5'4"
    SW 190.5
    CW 190.0
    GW: 140-ish

Starting over sucks. But I can't get there if I don't start, right?

I'm giving it yet another go, I have a lot of trouble staying motivated and focused. I need to lose weight to help with health problems, but the same health problems are really impacting my ability to lose weight which is very frustrating!! Would really appreciate any help/motivation etc.
