IIFYM Meal Ideas

I am starting IIFYM on Monday and I am curious as to what some of you all eat on a daily basis. I guess kind of what your daily eating schedule looks like? I am supposed to eat 1700 on days i workout and 1400 on rest days. Any ideas? Thanks!

Figure out when you want to eat and how often. Divide your calories by the number of meals you want. I typically have 4 meals a day, one of which is a treat that I can have alongside any of the other meals or on its own. My current limit is 1200 calories, so that's 4 x 300 calorie meals. It's kinda tough but means I have to be creative and make my meals more healthy. For meals, I typically allow myself about 100 g lean meat, a cup of carbs and a cup of vegetables. If the meal ends up being about 400 calories, I don't stress it cause 1200 as a daily limit is really low.0
