IIFYM Meal Ideas

I am starting IIFYM on Monday and I am curious as to what some of you all eat on a daily basis. I guess kind of what your daily eating schedule looks like? I am supposed to eat 1700 on days i workout and 1400 on rest days. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Figure out when you want to eat and how often. Divide your calories by the number of meals you want. I typically have 4 meals a day, one of which is a treat that I can have alongside any of the other meals or on its own. My current limit is 1200 calories, so that's 4 x 300 calorie meals. It's kinda tough but means I have to be creative and make my meals more healthy. For meals, I typically allow myself about 100 g lean meat, a cup of carbs and a cup of vegetables. If the meal ends up being about 400 calories, I don't stress it cause 1200 as a daily limit is really low.

    The concept of IIFYM is based on being able to eat foods you like, that fit your macros.

    What is your macro breakdown? What foods do you like to eat?
