How can I input nutrition values on my recipe?

I wrote out my recipe, figured out nutrition values and can't input it.

    Are you entering each ingredient separately after you go into the recipe creator?
    If you find the values on the ingredients are wrong you will either need to edit them separately or create your own food THEN add them to the recipe.
