Exercising without Weight loss...help!

I'm new to this site with hope that I can get some extra support with my diet. Over the past year I have become more active and joined the gym. I go typically 3-4 times a week. And though I can see myself toning up, I haven't really seen a drop in the scale. I have been eating healthier than I used to but it doesn't seem to help with dropping the numbers on the scale. I don't see any other reason I would be holding on to the weight other than maybe I need to cut my calories even more. And my goal is to drop at least 50 lbs. Hopefully someone who has experienced the same issue can help a girl out!

That's hard to answer w/o knowing what your intake, output is. Add me and I'll check out your food diary.0

Check in with your diet. That's where the weight loss will come from.0

Track your calories and get a food scale. I didn't start losing weight until I started tracking my calories and weighing all my food because even though I was eating healthy foods, I was eating too much of it.0
