I feel better when I am eating better and exercising. My clothes fit better, too. That is what will motivate me today. Maybe tomorrow it will be something else.0

What do you want in your life? For you?

My motivation is the fact i deserve to look and feel amazing and succeed find what matters to you what will you be able to do smaller that you cant now? what would you do differently or how would you feel about yourself? set yourself mini goals and reward yourself this is great motivation0

You can't find it. You either want to do the work of losing or you don't.
If you don't, just decide that now isn't the time to lose and be happy with the choice to not lose. Enjoy eating what you want. When you're ready, you'll do it.

If they're being hurtful, it's them, not you. Something inside them is making them act out and you're just the most convenient target. Try not to make their problem your issue. "Not my circus, not my monkeys." ~Polish Proverb0

Psychgrrl, you hit the nail on the head! I suppose it is also not my problem if they want to take credit when I do succeed (and I will). I have to do this for me first- yup!0
