I have been a member for a year. In this last year I shot up to 299. It’s the 1st time I have cared about my weight in an important way. My goals are smile. I want to become more limber. One goals is to be more fit. This entails being able to touch my touch and a tie my shoes comfortably. To train a full session of Aikido and not have to stop because I am so tied. Right now I may have to take 2-3 breaks in an hour and ½ practice session. Then every takes usually 1-2 breaks. I also want to be able to run a 5 k anywhere, anytime.

If I can hit these goals I will be pretty well off. I also want to look good and not be ashamed of my body as I have been these last few years. It’s been about a decade where I have been over 250. I got down to 229 for a bit but shot back up. So we will see, I have gotten more serious about working out. Joined the YMCA, Joined Aikido twice a week. Walked my first 5K. If you wish to know more stop by my profile. Say hi. I wish us all well on our journey.

Hello, it's Day 137 for me. I have dropped over 40lbs so far and now I am ready to go for a sexy body. I do Yoga and will be adding some weights to my workouts. I am starting the full DDP and PX903 programs to do so serious cuts and shreds. I was at 301.5lbs before this made workouts hard. I did not like the way I jiggle and bounce. So I took what I could from several workouts and modified them to what I could do and safely and still push myself. I believe in becoming the best version of myself.

I am bumping this thread to find new friends and offer my support to old and new members. This is a challenging journey we are embarking on. I would love to support you and glean your insight and support as well. Please check out my profile to make sure we are on the same path. I look forward to the company.
