    GW: around 150. I can't remember the last time I was out of the 180s so it feels almost surreal to aim for that but I know it is possible. MFP has been incredibly helpful..... I've changed my eating habits completely. Focusing on mind/body wellness and long term health.

    I'm giving it yet another go, I have a lot of trouble staying motivated and focused. I need to lose weight to help with health problems, but the same health problems are really impacting my ability to lose weight which is very frustrating!! Would really appreciate any help/motivation etc.

    My child's two and I really need to get rid of the baby weight I'm still carrying. I have a vacation coming up in January so it would be nice to get down to the 150 range ( not sure if possible, but would be wonderful)

    I don't want to become skinny as I really dislike bone and skin! So I hope to keep my chubby ness but as you can see I'm short and my start weight was classed as medically overweight and a lot of my friends used to call me fat so it's time to lose the weight!

    This is the first time in years that I have actually lost weight. I start a plan then stop. MFP keeps me accountable for everything I put in my mouth. I log everything I plan on eating for the day and if the numbers don't work, I tweak it. I want to lose weight and be healthy for me and my family.
