I'm freaking out a bit, you guys. I feel huge. Disgusting. A whale. I'm 5'4 and I can't seem to get out of the 140s. I want to just stop eating all together. I used to have a severe eating disorder, and I was 125 pounds. At the time I was competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (gold medalist, actually) and running and lifting daily. I still felt huge. Then I met the love of my life. Coincidentally, I injured my back around the same time and had to put BJJ on a hiatus. I've gained 20ish pounds over the last 3 years. My boyfriend thinks I'm beautiful, but I hate my body. Is anyone else in the same camp?

Yes. I lost 36 pounds then injured my neck in a car accident. I recently decided to get back in. Stop beating yourself up and get you some confidence. Im good at saying it but not taking my own advice lol0
