Half marathon here I come!

Options
Heading out to go pick up my packet... Doing a half marathon Sunday morning :-) some have asked, "what time do you want to finish with" I'm not going for a specific time, for me it's more of a goal to complete it and a motivational goal added to my journey of getting to 160lbs. :-)

Best of luck to you! I'm sure you'll have a great time! Make sure to replenish afterwards with lots of fluids and yummy food. (*)

Also do not try anything new on race day, trust your training and have fun. Remember you may find your self going out a little fast with the crowd, just take it easy and settle into your own pace. Good Luck!

Congratulations on setting that goal, now enjoy the experience! (BTW, everyone around will be starting out WAY too fast! try to remember to keep it slow in the first few miles!)

Awesome! Good luck! I have my first one in November, going in with a similar mindset. All I want to do is finish. Although there is a 3 hour cutoff...
