HUGE CALORIC DAY! I need opinions

Hey there,
This is my first real "help" post in regards to needing advice. My profile will likely say deactivated, but I am not, I think there is a bug in the system- thank you to those who have helped me contact the support team.
I was looking over my caloric intake. I started within the last week truly trying to lose weight. The problem is that I only want/need to lose about 10 lbs. I was looking over my calorie days and this is what I have eaten and burned (three days total, just to give you a look)

Wednesday- Burned 2255 calories, ate 1919
Thursday- Burned 2145 calories, ate 2217
Friday- Burned 2067 calories, ate 2893.
At this point, I have eaten close to 600 calories OVER maintenance. How do I recover? I want to lose weight, but I certainly need to maintain and not gain.
Advice/ help?

Should I slowly cut rather than drastically cut? A year ago, I was eating 1500 calories a day, but at this point, I have gained 10 lbs. (DUE TO BINGING) and am now eating the calories posted above. GENERALLY, I eat about 2000-2200 calories per day....

I don't know if those burns are exercise only or if you did some math to come up with the total amount you estimate you've burned. I'm guessing it's total.

You can't recover. The past is past. Forget it and move on!

If you have binging issues and feel your eating is out of your control, find a therapist who specializes in eating disorders. Even if you don't have one, they can help you sort through your issues with food,

If you have self-control and can stop yourself from overeating, do that! You should see your doctor if you haven't done that (it's the smart way to begin!) and get a daily calorie goal. Then, weigh solid foods and measure liquids, log the calories and stay under your goal. You'll be losing in no time. :)

Do your best the rest of the day. log it. Tomorrow is a new day start over, and do your best tomorrow. Remember everyday is a new day. We all have bad days but we do our best to get it right most days and over time we see results.

Just try and stick to a smaller deficit. If your activity is consistent and you burn 2100 in average, just eat 1800 or 1850. Then, worst case, you'll make up for the days when you overeat.

Just try and make better choices to stay around there. I'm in the same boat though so I totally get it.

IMO that isn't huge. It's one mistake. If you do a serious workout for an hour at some point during the week (or 2 so you can eat back some calories that day), you can balance it out.

Some days you will go over your maintenance. It happens. You just need to plan your days in advance to mitigate it from happening and act appropriately when you do go over.

Losing weight is something you do over time. One or two bad days won't ruin that. You just accept it and do better. In the grand scheme of things how the whole "3500 a week to lose a pound," 600 isn't going to make you gain a pound and ruin your weight loss.
