What are you go to snacks to curb your mid-morning & afternoon hunger pains?

Mine is usually an apple and peanut butter.

    The only mid-morning pain I have is the fact that the love of my life has run off to be with a guy that doesn't even lift.

    Use the search engine & look up healthy snacks here. There's a lot of posts already that list a lot of great ideas. Also Pinterest has a lot of snack ideas & recipes.

    Greek yogurt plus an apple, or some nut/fruit bar if I have the calories.
    Can of tuna with some baby carrots.

    Dry roasted edamame, raw broccoli and quest bars! mmmm... quest bars..

    Handful of almonds - 170 cals
    Beef Jerky - 90 cals
    Apple - 70-120 cals depending upon how big it is

    I don't have one. Whatever I feel like having and is available.

    On-the-go, it'll be granola bars because they're easy to carry, can get baged around and are good when warm.
