IS THIS HEALTHY ENOUGH?

age is 12
height is 5 foot 2
weight is 141 lbs
goal is 105 lbs to 110 lbs
DONT STOP READING BECAUSE I AM 12 YEARS OLD.
Okay, just wait. so im making myself a good diet and exercise tell me if its enough i cant run because i live in an apartment but i hope this is enough :
BREAKFAST
Greek yojourt plain and fat free with blueberries,strawberries and almonds (fruits for vitamins, almonds for healthy fats)
SNACK
orange (vitamins)
LUNCH
fruit salad that i buy from the shop (more vitamins)
SNACK
orange (vitamins again)
DINNER
any type of lean meat/protein/omega : chicken breasts, beef, omega 3 fish fingers, salmon etc
so 1/4 of my plate is protein and 1/4 is carbohydrates but healthy like brown bread instead of white bread blah blah blah and 2/4 is vegetables (i think fibre or vitamins..)
and a cup of fresh milk (diary plus it helps me sleep)
exercise : morning workout plus evening
200 jumping jacks (100 morning; 100 evening)
250 sit ups (i love them!! 75 morning; 175 evening)
100 push ups (hate them but whatever!! 20 morning; 80 evening)
90 squat presses (25 morning; 65 evening)
hydration :
Water bottle with fresh lemon and strawberry slices ( lemon helps flavour AND immune system!)
SO IS IT NOT ENOUGH PLEASE HELP !!! COULD I DO MORE? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO LOSE WEIGHT WITH THIS????

THIS IS NOT ENOUGH FOOD!!!!!
At 12 it is extremely important that you are getting adequate nutrition because your body is still developing.
Your dinner at least sounds sensible and yummy though!
I truly understand your desire to lose some weight. I was 180 pounds at 12 years old so I do understand how it is for you. If you feel like you need to increase your fitness and lose some pounds you should talk with your pediatrician and see if you can get referred to a nutritionist.
ALSO, It's against the rules for anyone under 18 to have an account on MFP.0 -

please dont ban me.. and this is alot of food in my eyes when i was 6 years old i ate 3 bites of food aday and exercised 3 hours a day i got border anorexia but i still think my diet plan is huge

Why don't you talk to your parents and doctors if you are worried about your health and diet? What happen to that? I would have never came online and asked strangers at age 12 about stuff like this (then again, I didn't have a computer or anything like that either). Speak to your parents, and get off this website. It's against the rules anyways since you are under 18.0

I said to speak with a doctor and your family.
You've broken several rules of this website already, mainly being underage.
The 18+ rule isn't for kicks. It's because of liability of giving advice to children and young adults whose bodies are still growing.0 -

Not the place for you mate, this is for your own protection not because there's anything cool here that we don't want you to see. Also nutritional / exercise advise will be different for people your age. Sparksteens is the way to go0

This attitude is precisely why you shouldn't be on this website. It's disappointing to see this show of immaturity in response to the great information being presented to you. You are responding very negatively to people trying to give you sound advice (aka wait to be old enough for a website geared towards you, and work with a doctor/family). You've been told to speak to a doctor/family three times now.
