Hello you guys! Just wondering have anyone taking these shots before for weight loss? I just taken my third shot this week and is down 5lbs along with watching what I eat and and a lil living room work outs lol every movement helps!!!

    If you have extra B vitamins, your body will not say, "Oh, yay! Extra! Boy, I can do all kinds of new things now!" So that you lose more weight.

    If you have extra B vitamins, your body will say, "The hell with this. I don't need this," and proceed to get rid of it.

    If your doctor doesn't tell you that you need supplements, don't take them. You are literally pissing your money away.
