A serving is how much you eat... I think you can use "cups" as a measurement for cooked pasta.0

Without a scale it may not be entirely accurate, but you can use cup measurements, as long as you always look them up on the USDA website. I found the entry for cooked spaghetti, without added salt. You can search for any item, and it gives you the values in grams and in cups.
http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/show/6526?fg=&man=&lfacet=&format=&count=&max=25&offset=&sort=&qlookup=spaghetti
This shows that 1 cup of cooked spaghetti is approx. 221 calories. A 'serving' size is entirely up to you and depends on how many calories you have for the day. Someone with a 3k calorie goal may want to eat more pasta than someone on 1500 calories.0 -

I use 75 grams dry. Not too many cals but still a satsfying portion. Though next pasta day I 'm going to try 50 g spaghetti and one spiralised courgette.0
